School Fees 2025

School Family Fee: $2,500 (an annual payment per family)

Capital Fee: $200 (an annual payment per family)

Curriculum Levy: $665 (an annual payment per student)

Swimming Levy: $30 (an annual payment per student)

Total (one student): $3,395

The Curriculum Levy specifically covers costs associated with curriculum, eg. books, e-learning, art materials, excursions and incursions.

Methods of Payment

Payment in full up front.

Cash, cheque, debit card or credit card at the office or by EFT.

Pay by Direct Debit.

Direct Debit Service Agreement – a copy will be sent out with the family statement in the first few weeks of Term 1.

Ten monthly instalments.

Amount = the total balance of family statement divided by ten.

A new direct debit form needs to be completed annually.

CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUND

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF).

In 2024 this amount is $150 per eligible student.

The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

 SCHOOL FEES CONCESSION PROGRAM

Any family holding an HCC and eligible for CSEF are strongly encouraged to apply

We are able to offer concessional school fees for eligible students, which means reduced fee and levy costs as outlined below. Please refer to the Concessional Fee Policy below which outlines the eligibility.  Please complete the application form below, if eligible, and contact the office.

Students of eligible families are entitled to concessional school fees.

The school fee for eligible students is:

1 child – $15 per child per week, direct debit ($780 per annum or $195 per term)

2 children – $23 for the family per week, direct debit ($1,196 per annum, or $299 per term)

3 + children – $30 for the family per week, direct debit ($1,560 per annum, or $390 per term)

The above fees cover both tuition fees and levies (excluding camps).

We understand that family income and financial situations can change for many reasons and can cause much stress to families.
